The Filterability of Leptospira Icteroides in Culture

Frederick H. Dieterich
From the Laboratories of the Rockefeller Institute for Medical Research

The foregoing experiment with cultures of Leptospira icteroides furnishes conclusive confirmatory evidence of the filterability of the organism. Whether it passes through the filter in its spiral form, assisted by its active motility, or in a granular phase, further experimental evidence may determine.

Received November 14, 1923.
