A Case of Sarcosporidiosis with Parasites Found in Heart

Invasion of the myocardium of an eleven year old Panamanian child with Sarcosporidia is reported. This is the twelfth reported case of sarcosporidiosis, the fourth with cardiac involvement and the second from the Isthmus of Panama.
