By HANS SCHLOSSBERGER. pp. 141 with one figure. Berlin. Verlag von Julius Springer. 1938. II. Ergebnisse der Lepraforschung seit 1930. (Results of Leprosy Investigation since 1930). By VICTOR KLINGMULLER. pp. 110. Berlin. Verlag von Julius Springer. 1938

L. C. Scott

A tremendous amount of work must have been required to have summarized and discussed the literature cited in these two excellent brochures.

The work on chaulmoogra oil by Prof. Schlossberger deserves the highest commendation for the care and arrangement of the material. This booklet is of great value and importance one would think not only for the investigator but for those who wish to orient themselves and maintain contact with recent advances.

Klingmuller's contribution is a concise abstract of the literature on leprosy which has appeared since 1930, and as such should be welcome to all those who are specially interested in leprosy investigation.
