Fourth Edition: 1997

This edition of the directory is revised and expanded and exists in two versions: one in print in this supplement and another on the Society's WWW home page. The print version is organized essentially as in previous editions but includes more information about electronic access and related sites. The web page version includes hyperlinks which should make direct contact even easier. Although the printed edition is revised and published once a year, the electronic edition is updated more frequently and as information becomes available.

This remains a work in progress. The intention is to revise and update it each year, and to refine the format and content so as to make the directory of greatest use to present and prospective members of the Society.
