• Material for publication should be sent to the Editor, McWilson Warren, 3088 Briarcliff Road, Suite A1, Atlanta, Georgia 30329, USA. Four copies should be accompanied by a letter from the corresponding author with signatures from all submitting authors indicating that all authors concur with the submission and that the material has not been, and will not be, submitted elsewhere for publication as long as it is under consideration of the JOURNAL. Manuscripts and letters to the Editor should be typewritten, letter quality, in 10 point type, on one side of the paper and submitted in quadruplicate. Use 8 1/2 x 11 inch paper and number the pages. Double space throughout including in the list of references, tables and legends. Tabular or other material that has been reduced by xeroxing is not acceptable.

• For regular manuscripts, supply, in the order given: (a) a short title of not more than 50 spaces for a running head.
