Minutes of the Annual Council Meeting. The annual business meeting of the Council was held at 7:30 p.m., 29 October 1968 with President Hammon presiding. All of the officers and councilors were present with the exception of the Editor. Dr. James R. Hendricks, Associate Editor, represented Dr. Watson. Others attending portions of the meeting were: Thomas H. Weller, John R. Bagby, and G. M. Jeffery.

The minutes of the 1967 annual meeting were approved as published in The American Journal of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, March 1968.

Old Business Reports of Officers. Report of the Secretary. The present Secretary-Treasurer assumed office on 3 November, at the close of the Philadelphia meeting.
