A Culture Method as an Aid for Routine Diagnosis of Amebic Infection in Ceylon

A satisfactory method for the diagnosis of amebic infection by culture has been evolved by the modification of the standard liquid media (St. John's and Balamuth's). The study has been based on the examination of 50 fecal specimens.
